If your Insurance is not listed, we can attempt a letter of agreement with your insurance to be considered in-network.

*For plans starred, preauthorization/benefit checks are required. Please book appointment and fill out all intake forms including pictures of benefits card. Benefits are not able to verify coverage until forms are submitted. A Good Faith Estimate will be sent..

I believe that healthcare should be accessible for everyone. I am a part of a group practice, Lactation Consultants of America, to provide in network billing for insurances (see current list). If you are uninsured and need a self pay option, then financial aid is available to those families that use federal programs, make under 300% of the Federal Poverty Line, or have more than 10% of their gross income to medical expenses in the past month.
