If your Insurance is not listed, we can attempt a letter of agreement with your insurance to be considered in-network.

For under or uninsured clients, financial assistance is available. Everyone should have access to high quality lactation care!

*For plans starred, preauthorization/benefit checks are required. Please book appointment and fill out all intake forms including pictures of benefits card. Benefits are not able to verify coverage until forms are submitted. A Good Faith Estimate will be sent.
